Hello, my name is LaDonna Langlanais, and I am the Founder and Executive Director of Educate a Child, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth. In 2015, I embarked on this journey after seeking guidance from God, who inspired me to help those less fortunate realize their potential and pursue their aspirations.

As a certified etiquette consultant, life coach, and instructor at Guthrie Job Corp, and having attended Central State University, where I did my student teaching under my mother, I recognized a critical need to assist teenagers in their transition to adulthood. I believe that education is essential, and that life skills are equally important alongside academic learning. My passion has always been centered on supporting disadvantaged children in their quest for success, as a solid foundation is crucial for building their futures.

Through extensive research and observation, knowing that Oklahoma is rated number 50 in education hurts me. So I feel that bringing some old school back to the new school is needed, and that is life skills. let it become clear that there is a pressing need for life skills education. Witnessing how teenagers conduct themselves highlighted the importance of this initiative. By guiding life skills, we can help these young individuals pursue their dreams and foster confidence in their future.
